Each of the War of 1812 battles included in this set is a separate, fast playing, introductory level wargame covering one of the engagements of the war.
They are each designed to be played in about an hour while maintaining the flavor of the events.
Each of the battles uses these series rules with modifications and additions specific to the battle. While this means that players can quickly jump between battles after checking the specifics, it also means that not all of these core rules, particularly terrain, apply to all battles.
